nitially, do the unboxing of the Linksys RE7000 WiFi range extender. After that, settle or place your Linksys RE7000 extender gadget power plug-in power socket near the host router. Next, press the WiFi-protected setup button of the Linksys WiFi range extender. Now, inside in two minutes press the existing router WPS button. Further doing this, the solid WPS LED starts blinking solid blue on both the extender and router gadget. As it means your Linksys extender device successfully pairs or links with the router device, without any trouble. 

Note: If you are facing an issue then try the below steps. 

Try to improve the extender software. For doing this, first, you will need to go to the Linksys extender login page. After that, you will need to look for an administration option and then tap on the software upgrade option. In the end, download the latest firmware or software file on your computer. 

First, look at the back side of the Linksys extender device. Now, you can find the reset hole button. After that, push that button with a paperclip. Now, all the LEDs of the Linksys extender will turn off. As it means your Linksys extender device is now completely reset. 

Note: After resetting your device, do the Linksys RE7000 setup process again.
